Our client is a provider of care and support to children & young people who have complex mental health disorders, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Salary for Residential Care Practitioner: £35,809 - review available after 6months

As a Residential Care Practitioner you will:

* Safeguard young people through risk management and promote trust, positive relationships, and safe social interactions
* Deliver nurturing, therapeutic care and support daily routines, including transport to school, appointments, and family contact
* Encourage educational engagement and hobbies; support with tuition and homework
* Maintain a clean, safe home environment, including domestic tasks and overseeing chore rotas
* Work independently and as part of a team, always maintaining confidentiality and reporting concerns promptly
* Participate in supervision, training, and complete required qualifications (e.g., Level 4 Diploma) within set timeframes
* Complete all records and reports in line with policies, procedures, and deadlines
* Stay compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., Ofsted) and keep up to date with policies, legislation, and care documentation
* Act as key worker, leading on care planning, assessments, and reviews for assigned young people
* Conduct regular supervisions with Residential Care Practitioners (RCPs)
* Perform additional tasks as directed by your Line Manager to support the home's operation and young people's well-being

Essential Skills / Qualifications / Experience Residential Care Practitioner :

* Working towards or completed Level 3 diploma in Children's and Young People workforce or Level 4 Children
* Current, clean UK driving licence

* One year's relevant experience within alternate social care setting e.g. adult LD, substance misuse support, domestic abuse or an understanding of the challenges young people and carers face within a residential care setting

Working Rota: 56.5 hours per week inclusive of sleeps (08:00-23:00 plus sleep and half an hour handover the next day 08:00-08:30).

The employee's shifts are based on a 3-week rolling rota working alongside their senior co-worker, averaging at 10 shifts per month, equates to 244.5 hours per month.

The Role

An established food manufacturing business is seeking a strong, hands-on Production Manager to help lead and develop factory operations during an exciting phase of growth and operational change.

This is not a desk-based role. The successful candidate will be highly visible on the factory floor, leading from the front, solving problems in real time, supporting teams, and driving standards, efficiency, and accountability across the operation.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role plays a key part in the day-to-day running of the business. The focus is firmly on people management, operational control, labour efficiency, and ensuring production is delivered safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The business has a long-standing, hardworking team culture and is looking for someone who can build on that positively while helping introduce greater structure, efficiency, and professional management practices.

About You

* Proven experience in a Production Manager, Shift Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role within manufacturing or production
* A strong, hands-on leadership style with credibility on the factory floor
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
* Confident people manager with clear and effective communication skills
* Able to challenge poor practice constructively while maintaining morale
* Commercially aware with a solid understanding of labour control and operational performance
* A practical problem-solver who leads by example and takes ownership
* Forklift licence or machinery experience is advantageous but not essential
* Multi-language skills are beneficial but not essential

✅ Skillset & Qualifications:

* Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code/M-code) and CAM software; experience with controls like Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas
* Experience1-2+ years in CNC setting, operating, and programming roles, preferably with multi-axis machines (e.g., 3-5 axis mills). Familiarity with aluminium is beneficial
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently or in teams. Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 20KG), and shift work (including weekends if required)

The Role

Our client is a long-established and rapidly growing security systems company based in Staffordshire, is seeking an experienced Security Systems Engineer to join their expanding team.

This is a varied, hands-on role involving the installation, servicing, and maintenance of electronic security and networking systems across a range of client sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions across CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and wireless networking systems.

Working across the West Midlands, Staffordshire, and Warwickshire, this role requires a proactive and reliable engineer who can work both independently and as part of a team, delivering excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, service and maintain CCTV, ANPR, Access Control, Intruder Alarm and WiFi systems
* Assist with both new installations and reactive service call-outs
* Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on security and networking systems
* Work with IP-based systems and support basic network configuration
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard in line with company and SSAIB requirements

About You
