Aged 16 to 20 and ready for your next step? Not in education or employment? Looking to build confidence, gain new skills and boost your CV?

Join our 8 week Employability and Life Skills Programme at Wakefield Fire Station, designed to help young people develop resilience, teamwork and practical skills that employers value.

Participants will:
✅ Take part in practical fire service activities
✅ Develop confidence and teamwork skills
✅ Gain valuable experience for CVs, applications and interviews
✅ Work towards a Level 1 Developing Resilience qualification
