We have taken that human nature and applied it to getting your talented friends and colleagues new jobs. Refer Reward is a movement to challenge the stagnated recruitment industry by creating a community that assists their friends, peers and colleagues in getting the jobs they deserve. Quite simply, Refer Friends, Get Rewarded. The Rewards available aren't just 'wads of cash'. There's also the intrinsic satisfaction that you've helped a friend land their dream job; the chance to better your work-life balance through easily achievable financial gain, and the added bonus of feeling socially responsible through charitable giving. Ever thought that recruitment consultants and companies make money for old rope? Picture yourself queuing for coffee en route to work. Whilst waiting you check your smartphone and see you've had a notification from Refer Reward. It says that there is a new role which fits the industry you know well. Clicking through to the app you read the overview and immediately know someone that would love to do the job. Two clicks later you've sent a message to them and filled in the simple referral form. Your friend messages you back and gives a big thumbs up, they're keen! You submit the referral and smile, your work is done. A few weeks later in the same queue your friend lets you know they got the job and that they're over the moon. You check your bank balance and it's had a considerable boost... your mind starts to drifts off to which European city you will be visiting next weekend. ReferReward... refer friends, get rewarded.
