Because I’ve always been fascinated by people. Not in a “sit on a sofa and analyse you” way 😅 but in a “why did that situation escalate and how could it have been handled better?” way.

Workplaces shape people’s lives. When they work well, businesses thrive. When they don’t… it’s expensive.

Over 20 years.
I’ve handled disciplinaries, redundancies, restructures, grievances and the occasional “I think I’ve made a mistake” phone call from a business owner.
