Enormous thank you to for a wonderful evening spent with inspiring and brilliant female founders for festive fizz . I was genuinely thrilled to have so much time with the powerhouse herself. She stripped me back to skin basics and we started again.

Would it be an overstatement to say she has changed my skin life? I’ve piled on thick creams for years, from Astral to my current love Weleda Skin Food, but no more. It turns out it’s all about layering and listening to what your skin actually needs, calming redness and boosting moisture, rather than smothering it.

It’s a completely new direction for me and I’m absolutely loving it 💛
