Join us as a French Speaking Junior IT Support Technician

As our French Speaking Junior IT Support Technician based in our offices in Tunbridge Wells, we will provide you full training to enable you to grow into a full Support Technician role. We will help you to provide excellent end user support and customer service to our ever-growing base of customers for our Vehicle CCTV cloud-based platform and cameras suite.

What will my duties be?
• Support, set up and testing telematics devices and maintain our cloud tracking platforms
• Supporting ours and 3rdparty hardware/software, service providers and integrators
• Work with existing hardware/software and firmware suppliers on queries
• Working with insurance customers to help obtain footage, run reports and other queries
• Responding to customer tickets and phone calls, managing assigned tasks, incidents, changes, project tasks and activities through to satisfactory conclusion
• Provide support to 1stline technical support and the project management/service team, as well as commissioning
• Supporting customers with OTA training sessions
• Effective escalation and communication to Management
• Build, maintain key business relationships focusing on establishing mutual trust and first-class customer experience

What is the salary and hours?
A highly competitive annual salary of £20,000-£22,000 is on offer depending on experience.
This role will offer a hybrid working model where you will work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. The role is full time and permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

The Internal Recruitment Resourcer Role:

Working as part of a fast-paced team, focusing on helping candidates find the best jobs the Resourcer position will involve:

Achieving agreed to targets for candidate generation, interviews, and placements
Sourcing and selecting candidates through a variety of media including job boards (for example Reed, CV-Library, Total Jobs), social media sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), Recommendations, Referrals, Headhunting
Identifying skills to match appropriately with vacancies
Registering, briefing, debriefing, and making offers to candidates
Negotiating contracts/packages with successful candidates – (TA team will liaise with the client/companies)
Giving constructive feedback/rejection reasons to candidates
Advertising live roles/positions on job boards, company website, LinkedIn

Role Purpose:

You will support the HOM and his No. 2 in the department in the day to day and project work to include all aspects of electrical maintenance and refurbishment projects of occupied and tenanted properties within the property portfolio The Electrician is responsible for installations, maintenance, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes. May install or service private roadway streetlights, intercom systems, or electrical control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools to comply with 18th Edition.

Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.

Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with 18th Edition.

Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.

Electricians work in cooperation with other trades and labourers to ensure that all specifications, legislation and policies are met, and to ensure efficient completion of any project

Essential Skills:

Qualified Electrician to NVQ Level 3
Residential and commercial
Certificates up to date
Full Clean UK driving license
Inspection and testing
18th Edition
