Today is international men's day, and an important reminder of the issues many men face - from abuse, homelessness, su***de and violence.

At Tank we know how important mental health is, and far too many men struggle in silence. That's why encouraging open conversations can make a real difference.

It's also why we're proud to once again be raising money for Man Down UK, a brilliant UK charity dedicated to supporting men's mental health and offering safe spaces for those who need them most.

Mental Health is an incredibly important topic for us here at Tank Recruitment Ltd, and one of the reasons we've been a proud supporter of Man down - supporting men’s mental health over many years.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we want to shine a light on the importance of talking, listening, and checking in with one another — especially in the workplace.

Man Down provides vital peer support for men struggling with their mental health, helping to break down stigma and remind people that they’re never alone.

Full Speed Ahead with Tank Rowathon! 🚣‍♂️🚣🚣‍♀️

Here at Tank Recruitment Ltd we have started our charity Rowathon this morning, setting out to row 1,019km (the distance between Truro, Cornwall and Porto, Portugal) in just 15 days to support Man down - supporting men’s mental health, a charity dedicated to men’s mental health. Each member of the team will be taking part, taking it in turns to row as much as they can, using our office rowing machine until we reach our target distance!

As a company, we are committed to promoting mental health awareness and wellbeing in our workplace and beyond. So we’re pushing through every km to raise awareness and funds for this crucial cause.

Celebrating 10 Years of Tank!! 🍾 🎉

To mark a decade of success, the Tank team took to the track, revving up their engines for some thrilling, high-speed competition at Coast 2 Coast Karting Official 🏎️

After conquering the course, we fuelled up with some delicious food from St. Ives's one and only Porthminster Kitchen , followed by celebratory drinks and a stay at the historic Tregenna Castle Resort 🏰

While the weather dashed our plans for an additional jet-boating adventure, it certainly didn’t dampen our spirits or the fun and excitement we had celebrating this milestone! 🥂

Tank has had an incredible journey, built from the ground up all those years ago by our Managing Director, Ryan Chant, and evolving into the powerhouse of a recruitment team you see here today. Thank you to every single one of our outstanding team members who have made us the exceptional business we are today 👏

We’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible customers over our 10 years, supporting leading businesses and extraordinary talent across both the Technology & Engineering industries.
