"I have been waiting (impatiently!) to shout about this one. Yesterday, I had the privilege of returning to a place I know incredibly well: CTCRM Lympstone.

As a former Royal Marine and now one of the Owner Directors of TR2 Recruitment, it is a profound honour to announce our official partnership with RMA - The Royal Marines Charity

This charity is the backbone of the RM family. They aren't government-funded; they rely entirely on the strength of our network and the RM family to provide life-changing support. For us at TR2, this isn't just a business partnership—it’s about giving back to the community that shaped me.

We are particularly looking forward to helping the transition from life in the Royal Marines to "Civi Street" and doing everything we can to support this hoofing cause.

We’re really excited and happy to welcome Chris Bird to the TR2 Recruitment team!

Chris has already made a brilliant start — bringing with him some fantastic client relationships and adding real strength to our network from day one. He’s incredibly tech savvy and is already getting to grips with Bullhorn, using it to its full potential (we love to see it 👏).
