Are you a strategic leader with a passion for the North Highlands? North Highland Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Deputy CEO to work alongside our CEO and Board in shaping the future of this remarkable region. You'll drive economic growth, lead a destination strategy that puts the North Highlands on the map for visitors, talent and investment, and build the partnerships — across local, regional and national government, tourism, education and business — that make it all happen. This is a rare chance to be the voice of business for a region defined by entrepreneurial spirit, stunning landscapes and real opportunity.

Leading operational teams and representing the Chamber at high-profile events, you'll combine hands-on leadership with big-picture strategy. We're looking for someone with senior leadership experience, a strong grasp of rural economic development, and the relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders from local agencies to national tourism bodies. If you're a self-starter who thrives on multitasking, loves the North Highlands, and wants a role where your work visibly shapes a region's future, we want to hear from you.
