Let’s imagine our heart as a car engine as it runs continuously whenever the car is in motion or turned on, just like our heart keeps us going every day. However, without regular maintenance and the right fuel, the engine may not function smoothly, leading to breakdowns or minor hiccups along the way.

The same applies to our bodies. A diet high in saturated fats can lead to cholesterol buildup in our arteries, restricting blood flow and forcing the heart to work harder to pump blood throughout the body. Over time, this increases the risk of heart disease and other cardiovascular issues.

To keep our hearts running efficiently, we can switch to unsaturated fats, which are healthier and essential for our body's functions. These fats help reduce bad cholesterol levels and support overall heart health.

By mastering these essential skills, our team is equipped to minimise patient risk while maintaining the highest standard of care.
