Shawthorpe are seeking a Production Operative to join the team based at their site based in Telford, Shropshire.

Job Purpose
A great opportunity for the right person to learn on the job. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Operate machinery to meet production needs
- Assemble components using hand tools and power tools
- Observe Health & Safety procedures
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience (Desirable)
- Previous experience in production or warehouse setting
- Previous press or laser experience (Desirable)
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Working Hours
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 2pm to 11pm (36 hours per week)

Benefits / Package
£12 per hour.
Temp to Permanent.

Exciting times ! Shawthorpe offer training covering HR for your line managers and Leadership Training, we also cover project work !

One of our clients recently wanted us to come on board to assist with a project with their employees, it was so beneficial for the staff and the company ! Helping understand from an external view what the employees want, need and to discuss the areas they could improve on, this long term helps engagement and retention but also provides the company with the knowledge of where they can improve too !

Today we held HR training providing another one of our prestigious clients the knowledge in areas that they need to understand in terms of processes with HR!
