2025 slowly drawing to its close . The year has been a difficult one for our staff one in particular. Losing a loved one especially one so young has been a living nightmare no parent should have to endure.
With that in mind we will not be sending cards or gifts this year but will be donating a minimum sum to Antony’s chosen charity. Once I have their details I will post them should anyone wish to donate .
Our office will be closing on December 23rd at midday and reopening on Monday the 5th of January. Thank you.

Due to major electrical work our office will be closed Thursday 27th and Friday 28th of February while the work is carried out. Our phones are being diverted and emails will be picked up when and where possible. Back to some sort of normality Monday 3rd March.

Not only do ISD Limited/ ToolsRUs have a relationship with the NHS and the Ministry of Defence, we are also delighted to work alongside Her Majesty’s Prison service, again through a number of facility companies.

With this contract, ISD Limited works to provide all the supplies that HMP service requires for the grooming and hygiene of their personnel. ISD make sure that by us looking after the day to day needs, they can focus on the needs of the prisons.

With the prison service, their requirements can be especially complex to manage successfully due to the complexities and security around the prison service – something that none of us would want to be compromised.

Many companies therefore struggle to handle the required provision, due to the inability to be flexible, with both couriers and deliveries. However, here at ISD Limited, we pride ourselves on having built unique relationships with specific couriers that allow us to manage the security issues and delays that often come as part of the job with this sector….to the point that it is no longer considered an issue at all with us! We are also able to handle Scottish deliveries without the worry of distance which a number of ‘courier required’ companies struggle with.

Our Account manager, Andy, works hard alongside the facility companies to ensure that the correct service is provided to the Manchester and Scottish prisons that we currently supply, and takes full control of everything from sales through to delivery, ensuring that seamless transaction that our clients both need and deserve.
