We're recruiting for a Maintenance Administrator to join a highly respected property firm in Taunton. Working within a busy Residential Lettings team, you'll coordinate maintenance requests, liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors, and help ensure properties are managed efficiently.

We're looking for an organised and proactive administrator to support a busy Commercial Property team, helping to ensure the smooth running of property transactions while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Commercial Surveying team with day-to-day administration
Managing property files, documentation and compliance checks
Preparing invoices and maintaining records
Coordinating AML checks and property searches
Managing property listings on platforms such as Rightmove and Zoopla
Liaising with clients, landlords, tenants and solicitors
Organising viewings, meetings and team diaries

About You:

Previous administration experience, ideally within property, legal, surveying or professional services
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office
Professional, client-focused and able to manage confidential information
