📢 Exciting Company Announcement: Official Registered Care Manager! 🎉

We are absolutely thrilled to share some fantastic news with our Radfield family, clients, and community! 💙

Our very own Vicki has officially received her CQC Certificate of Registration and is now our Registered Care Manager! 🏆

On Monday, Vicki sat for her official CQC Fit & Proper Person interview with a wonderful CQC inspector. While there were certainly a few pre interview nerves, her depth of knowledge, dedication, and passion for exceptional care shone right through!

Reflecting on achieving this milestone, Vicki shared:

"I was nervous going into the interview, but as it turns out, I really do know my stuff! I am so proud to receive my Certificate of Registration. Thank you to my Radfield family for being so supportive and encouraging, I couldn’t have got where I am without your support.

Most importantly, thank you to my husband Chris and my boys, Jack and Kristian. I am a better person because of them, they drive me, and I really wouldn’t be where I am without their support."

Had a lovely morning on Friday at Groby Village Hall Connections Cafe♥️☕

There's always such a great atmosphere and a good giggle 🤭 to be enjoyed.

And as an added bonus, National Grid came along to discuss how the Priority Service Register works and the benefits of being on the register if we have a power cut. ⚡

Thanks to Traci Grant for making this event so much fun and filled with interesting information ♥️
