This week, we'd like to shine the spotlight on someone who is often working tirelessly behind the scenes to support both our care staff and office team – our wonderful Community Team Leader, 𝓐𝓷𝓷𝓪. 🌟

Quite often, office-based staff can be overlooked for recognition because what they do is seen as "part of the job." But sometimes it's important to stop and recognise not just 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 someone does, but 𝙝𝙤𝙬 they do it.

Anna consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our care staff feel supported, valued, and equipped to provide the very best care. Whether it's working evenings and weekends, helping staff complete competencies, answering messages when she's not working, or stepping in to offer guidance and reassurance, Anna is always there when she's needed.

She is often the first person to offer help, and when required, she doesn't hesitate to roll up her sleeves and cover care visits herself. Her dedication, kindness, and commitment to supporting others are truly remarkable.

As well as being a huge support to our care team, Anna is also the person who keeps the office smiling. From keeping everyone's coffee topped up to sharing a joke at just the right moment, she brings positivity, encouragement, and warmth to every day.

Anna, thank you for everything you do. Your hard work, compassion, and unwavering support make a real difference to our team, our service users, and everyone lucky enough to work alongside you. We appreciate you more than words can say. 💙
