Office Angels are looking for experienced Customer Service Adviser's to join our client's fantastic team in Swindon, based near the Town Centre.

This will be a Hybrid role, It equipment will be provided and parking available when working in the office.

Temporary on going to start 13th June

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (working one Saturday a month with a day off in the week)

Rate: £9.50ph

The main purpose of the role is to provide exceptional level of customer service to all their internal and external customers through various contact channels.

• To handle incoming enquiries at the first point of contact through various channels including calls, social media, website and web chat and to respond and complete any follow up actions within the agreed service level requirements.

Essential Skills
• Demonstrable experience of delivering excellent customer service through a range of contact channels (telephone, webchat, email)
• Must have experience in a Contact Centre environment

Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for an Electrical Technician to join a bustling team based in Swindon. Our client has been an established retailer for over 100+ years and is UK-based.

We'd love to speak to candidates who:

• Recognised professional qualification e.g. City & Guilds 2360/2330 Electrical Installation Part 1 & 2
• Be 18th edition qualified and have experience of BS2391 or BS2394 and BS2395;
• 17th / 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
• Experience of single and three phase electrical systems
• PPM and reactive maintenance experience
• Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment
• Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
• Strong planning and workload management skills with the ability to manage short term and long term activities to agreed deadlines

The day to day duties in your new job would be:
• To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical, control, basic mechanical and building fabric systems
• To cover all maintenance of electrical distribution, controls, lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
• To provide Electrical H&S and compliance engineering
• To undertake minor installation works such as lighting and small power installations
• To carryout fault finding on systems up to 415v
• To undertake works on the BMS, power supply, lighting, power generation, HVAC, UPS, A/C units, etc
• To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service
• To support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines

Pay: £11.64 per hour

The duties for this role would include:
Administration, preparation and scanning of medical records and other documentation via the Opex scanners.
Accurate and efficient processing, achieving 800+ pages per hour and ensuring all turnarounds are met.
Manual handling of boxes to a max weight of 15Kg
Intermediate IT skills
Attention to detail.
