Congratulations to Lisa Rutter for 5 year's with the Francis & Francis Group as of yesterday!

Lisa has been absolutely pivotal to the growth of the Francis & Francis brands in her time with us so far and she works tirelessly every day to future proof the brands and ensure we are doing all we can to scale as effectively as possible!

On top of that, she is a fantastic manager, trainer and all round business b*dass!

Thanks so much for all your support and hard work Lis, we couldn't do it without you!

Happy Friday and welcome to our weekly Round Up! We have had a lot go on over the past 7 days that we would love to share with you.. check it out !

🏆Firstly, a massive congratulations to Corey for her recent promotion to Talent Partner 2! Corey has show real committment to her role over the past 6 months and that dedication has landed her further on in her Steps 2 Success.

🚀 Well Done Millie for the well deserved nominations to secure Employee of the Month for November. Millie's month for November allowed her to make a real impact and it came down to hard work.

⭐A very well deserved promotion for Sean to Managing Consultant was annouced this week. Sean has been with the business for only 13 months and has really grown from strength to strength bu securing 3 promotions in his time no leading a suprb team and is a true assett to the business.

🎂We celebrated Alex's birthday this week by coming in all dressed in his favourite outfit.. white top, blue trousers and white shoes. Classcic combo.

🎄The team had a wonderful time last Friday celbrating at the Chirstmas Party! Good food, drinks and lots of dancing. It was great to have 3 new starters who are due to join the business, spend time with us out of the office.

🎅Everyone did a great job at pulling their Christmas Jumpers out the bag for our Christmas Jumper Day. Josh took the prize for worst Christmas Jumper .. his was a cracker.

As a team we love highlighting the success of our team members. It's great to see promotions and recognition for Corey, Sean and Millie who all have 1 thing in common?

They are all career changers.

Food, Cocktails and fun!! 🍹🍹

Last Friday, everyone who qualified for the incentive last quarter went to Bristol!

There was some great food, some incredible cocktails (including some on fire!) and we had an awesome time together!

Congratulations to everyone, and thank you for all your hard work! 🙌

We love celebrating everyone's wins at C4S, whether first placements to over-achieving targets or recognising people who have made an impact; it is all worth celebrating‼‼

Our team of C4S Search Mental Health First Aiders are trained to support our team through the hard and the good times...365 days a year.

Mental health matters today, tomorrow and every day into the future and our Wellbeing ambassadors Sean Marsland and Charlotte Emily Berry work hard alongside our MHFAs to ensure that our team are supported in every way they need.

We all have times when we feel stressed and overwhelmed...please always reach out and talk to your colleagues, peers, friends or family. Everything can be resolved, no matter how impossible it may feel at the time.

At our monthly kick-off we took the opportunity to celebrate those in the team who have gone above and beyond in the last quarter!

⚡Congrats Jonny! - Consistency is key in our area of work and Jonny does a fantastic job. He also keeps it consistent with the Consultant of the month award! Jonny has bagged the Consultant of the month title 2 months in a row!!

💥 Tariq - Jersey Winner!! A well deserved Jersey has been awarded to T this month for being an all round hard worked, supporter and great colleague - voted by his peers for being a "great support throughout the quarter and always positive about the future”, a "great team player, can always count on them to help/support! a TRUE C4S AMBASSADOR!!"

Some great news from the C4S Search camp this morning!!

Firstly, huge congratulations to Sean Marsland who had his promotion to Senior Consultant confirmed yesterday! Sean has only been with us for 9 months and is driving our Network & Security offering, delivering incredible solutions for our Partners. This is such a well-deserved promotion, made possible in a short time by Sean's incredible attitude, approach and dedication! Very well done!!

Josh Hunt has been voted by our team as our Employee of the Month for July. Josh has had a great month fulfilling some major projects for our partners. On top of this, Josh continues to effectively grow and manage an incredible team, which since yesterday has welcomed.....

Brandon Rapson - Huge welcome to the team Brandon! Brandon made a great start on his training yesterday, showed some awesome intentions around his own self development and is asking all the right questions! Brandon will now work his way through our 12 week Legacy training program before being "released" into the world of recruitment! We are very excited to guide you through your recruitment career moving forwards!
