These beliefs centre on a strong conviction that consultants do not have to be target driven, aggressive sales people. The success of the business is based upon employing consultants who are not only individuals, but have previously worked in the industries they support, enabling an immediate basic understanding of customers recruitment needs. Many of the staff have reached and passed the 5/10 years service mark and some have reached 15 years which is almost unheard of in the Recruitment industry. Valerie Wood, Bristol’s Secretary, has been with the company since Stella started the business so has completed 21 years service.
