We are currently holding walk around inductions at Carpeo in Old Town. We are looking for Customer Service professionals for Temporary-Perm contracts across multiple campaigns and this is your chance to experience their environment and talk to current employees and management before considering long term employment with them. Main responsibilities:
• To handle inbound customer queries
• To meet daily and weekly targets

• To positively represent Carpeo and your individual Campaigns brand
• To be responsible and take ownership of customers queries and complaints

• Use initiative and questioning when dealing with difficult situations

Salary: Your basic salary is £14,652.00 pro rata (£7.50ph). You will be paid weekly on a Friday and your payslip will be emailed to you on Thursday afternoon/evening.
Hours:
Shifts can vary between 7am and 8pm
Full Time Hours (Weekly rotational shifts)
Mon - Fri Often includes 07.00 - 15.30, 09.30 - 18.00, 10:30-19:00 & 11.30 - 20.00
Must work Saturdays (1 in 3/4) 08.00 - 18.00
Often recruiting for
07:00-11:30, 08:00-13:00, 15:30-19:00, 16:00-20:00
You will also be required to work either every, or every 1/2 or 1/3 Saturdays 08:00-12:00/14:00
