This critical role ensures adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance within the food manufacturing facility. QA/QC Technician Responsibilities:
🔍 GMP Checks: Conduct daily GMP checks throughout the factory to ensure compliance with standards.
📋 Documentation Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of production paperwork, including labels and documentation.
🧫 Microbial Analysis: Perform environmental swabs and process samples for microbial analysis.
✅ End-of-Day Sign Off: Sign off end-of-day procedures in kitchen and warehouse areas.
📦 Goods-In Log Review: Review and validate goods-in logs for accuracy and completeness.
🏷️ Label Spot Checks: Conduct spot checks on labelling of raw materials in the warehouse.

What We're Looking For:
🎓 Proven experience in a QA role within the food manufacturing or medical industry.
📜 Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and other relevant quality assurance standards.
🗣️ Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Specialising in high-quality signage and banners, they need a dedicated team member for a permanent position. Project Assistant Responsibilities:
🛠️ Project Management: Oversee new project installations to ensure all products, resources, and personnel are available and allocated to achieve on-time delivery (OTD).
📞 Customer Coordination: Coordinate with customers for installation readiness, address queries, and keep both customers and installers informed.
💬 Liaison with Customer Services: Collaborate with Customer Services to progress approvals of proofs and artwork through to production.
📋 Documentation Management: Ensure any RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) documentation appropriate to each project is provided to relevant parties.
📝 Installer Documentation: Create installer documentation and manage Vantage software.

📦 Loading and unloading with a manual sack truck
⏰ Timely delivery to catering and hospitality venues
🗺️ Capable navigation of areas in and around Swindon

What We're Looking For:
🪪 A full, clean license is essential
🚚 Previous delivery experience is advantageous

📲 Answering Phones: Manage inbound phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls as necessary and ensuring clear communication.
🗂️ Call Record Keeping: Accurately document details of each call, including caller information, the purpose of the call, and any follow-up actions required.
🖇️ General Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
