I’m currently partnering with a well-established steel fabrication company in Highworth that is looking to add an experienced Steel Fabrication Draughtsman to their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering high-quality structural and architectural steelwork projects, with clear long-term career progression.

🔧 **The Role**
• Produce accurate fabrication drawings and 3D models (Tekla preferred)
• Carry out site visits and dimensional surveys
• Liaise with fabrication teams, engineers, and project managers
• Support estimating and pre-construction activities
• Maintain drawing standards and revision control

✅ **What we’re looking for**
• Experience in steel fabrication or structural engineering
• Strong Tekla Structures (or similar 3D modelling) skills
• Solid understanding of fabrication processes and workshop requirements
• Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset
• Right to work in the UK
