Job Title – Complaints/Customer Relations Advisor

Position – Permanent - 37.5 hours per week

Salary - £20,000 – £22,000 DOE

Based – Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire

Job Purpose

You will be handling complaints received by post, email and telephone, with the aim of reaching a resolution as efficiently as possible, while providing a high level of customer service. You will be liaising with both suppliers and internal departments.

Taking ownership and remaining customer focussed are very important to this role. You must demonstrate good personal organisation and ensure you are following through on promises to both colleagues and customers. A professional and mature approach is essential.

Typical activities

• Taking ownership of complaints, contacting passengers by, email, post and telephone
• Ensure adherence to strict regulations and timescales set by ABTA/ATOL
• Ensure accurate complaints date are recorded in order to assist with route cause analysis
• Suggest ways of improving complaint procedure and resolution processes
• To enquire, investigate, question and resolve, ability to take ownership of cases end to end
• Able to achieve KPI’s and stretching targets within a fast paced environment
