Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: DHL Marks & Spencer, Swindon (SN3 4TT)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours)

Position Overview:
DHL Marks & Spencer is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our dynamic team in Swindon. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, loading, receiving, and binning using electronic equipment. This position involves heavy lifting and requires strict adherence to hygiene standards. While previous warehouse experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Shift Patterns Available:
• Evening Shift : 1800-0200 (own transport required)
• Night Shift: 2200-0600

Working Schedule:
• 5 days out of 7, including weekends (rota provided).

Pay Rates:
• Day Shift: £12.35 per hour
• Night Shift: £15.44 per hour
• Overtime: £18.53 per hour

Start Date:
• TBC

Key Responsibilities:
• Successfully complete a simple aptitude test.
• Lift heavy items (up to 25-30kg) and move products within the warehouse.
• Perform tasks related to picking, receiving, binning, loading, and unloading clothing and home products.
• Maintain motivation and attention to detail while adhering to established processes.
• Stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may involve bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching, and lifting.
• Availability to work weekends is mandatory.
• Commitment to full-time hours (40 hours per week) with target-based performance.
