This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has considerable IT Service Desk knowledge gained through education and work.

Our client a global company has a flagship office based in Swansea, they are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to support their team in Swansea and other offices throughout the group, reporting to the IT department based in Poland.

You will have a proven track record in providing exceptional and just-in-time IT services to internal customers, extensive end-user and administrative knowledge of latest Microsoft Office Applications, working knowledge of wintel desktop virtualisation, standardisation and automatic deployments. You will also have strong analytical skills coupled with methodical approach to fault resolution and basic network knowledge with the ability to develop strong relationships with other IT and business groups. You will be customer focused with clear goal orientation supported by energy and drive to implement change with excellent communication skills.

Auditor
We are currently recruiting an auditor for a well-established Accountancy firm based in Swansea. The role required independent specialist review of the accounts of companies and organisations to ensure the validity and legality of their financial records.
Key activities include:
• collating, checking and analysing spreadsheet data
• examining company accounts and financial control systems
• gauging levels of financial risk within organisations
• checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable
• ensuring that assets are safeguarded
• identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made
• preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements
• liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations
• ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with
• undertaking reviews of wages
• Carry out obligatory audits of the public sector and governmental bodies.
• May be called to examine the finances of private businesses, especially those working in association with governmental bodies
• You will play a vital role in ensuring that money raised by taxes is used effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications and training required
Ideally you will have an accounting degree and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, studying towards your Auditing Qualification (AQ) but not essential.

Office hours from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Although you may be required to work extra hours or during the weekend to meet deadlines, particularly during tax audits.
You will be required to travel to meet clients in order to make stock and equipment checks.

Developer
We are currently recruiting a Developer to carry out the design, testing and maintenance of software programs for the computer operating system and database management system for a Global Company with their flagship office based in Swansea.
This is an exciting role for the right person. The role will require creating software programs customized for the company.
Responsibilities
You will be working as part of a team with the main IT department based in Poland and also required to work autonomously at the Swansea Office. You will be required to understand the problem and the software that will solve the problem to include; design a solution, and develop and test it before releasing it.
Analysis
You will have knowledge of understanding software’s requirements able to analyze the companies needs and recommend new software programs or upgrades to existing programs.
Design
You will be required to translate the functional requirements of the software into a specification for detailed design. You may also be required to provide instructions that enable computer programmers to create the code for the software or you could be required to do this.
Testing
Software testing is a critical part of the process. You will be required to test programs to ensure that they meet the requirements of the specification and that they are free of errors.
Documentation
You will also be required to prepare detailed documentation for software programs. Documentation provides a description of the functions and operation of the software that team members can refer to if they need to modify or upgrade the program.
Project Management
You will be required to collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that programs are completed on time and within budget.
