⭐ Improve your CV in 3 easy steps! ⭐

1 - Include job-specific keywords in your CV. Recruitment software will identify candidates suitable for a job based on keyword matches. If your CV doesn't include the same words as the job you are applying for, you're unlikely to be matched by the software. For example, if the job requires you to have experience using Microsoft Word, include Microsoft Word on your CV.

2 - Include numbers. Add specific figures to support your experience. For example, 'I managed a team of 15' or 'I reduced overheads by 6%'.

3 - Use spellcheck or ask a friend/family member to proofread your CV. You can't demonstrate your 'attention to detail' if you have spelling mistakes in your CV and covering letter.

Help us, help you!

Get the most from your Recruitment Agency by following these simple steps:

1. Be open with your Recruiter - if you can't drive or can only work part-time, make sure your Recruiter knows. The last thing they want to do is send you vacancies that aren't suitable.

2. Keep them in the loop - if you accept another job or have a change in circumstances, let them know!

3. Maintain a clear line of communication - if your Recruiter can't get hold of you, you could miss out on some great opportunities that could go to other, more responsive candidates.
