My son asked me today why our business was called 'Perfect Day'.
"You only reap what you sow" is a motto we have lived by for 20 years. (and yes, I LOVE the original but this was a charity single that made a difference - something we strive to do every day, in all aspects of our lives.)

We now have 8 bedrooms and a lovely meeting/ function room for meetings or our bespoke training programmes.
Only 1 mile off the A1 between Doncaster and Newark and a short hop from Newark Train Station, just 1 hour and 20 mins from Kings Cross Station. Right in the heart of the Nottinghamshire countryside.

Due to the huge demand for our accommodation, we are very proud to have added an 8th bedroom at The Lord Nelson. Open today and already in high demand, our guests tonight kindly allowed me to sneak in and take a picture of the view from their balcony....

A busy couple of weeks for us here, flying around the country delivering our 'Brand Personality' Service workshop to some amazing teams of bartenders, floor staff, hosts, kitchen teams and their Managers.
It's all in the service and these guys are awesome!
The team at Browns in Glasgow are looking forward to a newly refurbished bar and brasserie opening and a great new menu! Exciting times....

Here at Perfect Day Training & Development, we are very proud of our 'other business'. The Lord Nelson in Sutton-on-Trent.
As well as having a great pub and restaurant, our business offers a fully equipped meeting and function room (with its own private bar if required) plus 7 en-suite bedrooms which enables us to deliver our training programmes and team events right here, with all the facilities you need, in the heart of the Nottinghamshire countryside.

We are based just 1 mile off the A1, 7 miles North of Newark-on-Trent with its high speed train links to Central London (only 1 hour 20 minutes journey) and less than an hours drive from Nottingham, Grantham, Lincoln, Sheffield and Leicester.
