Winner Education are recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager for a nursery based in the Bedford area. The nursery has an outstanding reputation and is an ever-growing nursery chain with over 300 nurseries in the UK and abroad. They provide exceptional care and nurturing environments which make a real difference to the lives of all children! This a full time, permanent position. Experienced Deputy Managers will also be considered for this role. You must have a minimum of either an NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3 qualification.

The successful Nursery Manager will be required to:

* Support the Centre Director and Operations Leadership Team with day to day operation of the nursery
* Lead, mentor and inspire the team
* Previous experience of working within Early Years as a Manager or Deputy Manager
* Ensure essential everyday tasks are completed
* Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum
* Deliver outstanding care and education opportunities
* Conduct regular appraisals and CPD opportunities for their staff
* Have exceptional behaviour management
* Be the designated safeguard lead
* Attend training sessions and lead all staff meetings
* Support with staff recruitment
