HR GO Recruitment are looking to recruit high volume Customer Service Advisors for our prestigious Client based in the Washington/Gateshead area.



This role will be home-based, however training will be office based for a period of two weeks and you also must have access to your own PC and WIFI.



The role will be dealing with e-mail enquiries only and candidates with multi lingual skills would also be advantageous.

The rate of pay is £9.18 an hour and you must be flexible for shifts as it is working between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm, based on a 40-hour week. You will also be expected to work alternate weekends.

HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit experienced Inbound Customer Service Advisors to start on the 26th July, for a prestigious Contact Centre based in the Sunderland area.

The ideal candidate should have come from a solid telesales or retail background, with excellent customer service skills.

This role is a permanent position and pays £18,180 per annum. plus shift allowance working between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm. In return for this, you can expect to work in a friendly environment with onsite facilities such as free breakfast when working weekends, desk massages, family fun days, an annual ball invitation and subsidised canteen prices.

Responsibilities and main Attributes:-

Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers

Communicate the benefits of products and services

Build an excellent rapport, understanding their needs in a professional manner

Ability to work to targets

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Understand and upsell the company products

Data entry and information gathering

Ability to work to KPI'S

IT literate and attention to detail

Experience of working within a call centre environment is desirable

Our client's opening hours are 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm on Saturdays and 9am-5pm on a Sunday, therefore full flexibility is required for these hours. You will be working full time on a flexible shift pattern - rota will be given 6 weeks in advance

All candidates must be able to pass a criminal and financial background check prior to start date.
