The Web / Software Developer will play a key role in developing a scalable, secure, and maintainable platform that integrates e commerce, CRM, licensing, and other business-critical systems.
This is a hands-on development role for a Web Developer who thrives on complex, integrated systems, enjoys problem solving across the full stack, and wants to contribute to a mission-critical platform.

You will be setting up the company’s new, Revenue Operations function from scratch and devise, deliver & optimise processes to deliver the GTM strategy.

You will be part of a collaborative & supportive team of c20 who, provide 1st & 2nd line support to c1800 colleagues/users from across the business predominantly via remote access with some f2f too.

The role covers the end to end process from call logging through to trouble-shooting, facilitating solutions & final resolution of issues and will have a focus on the needs of Starters, Movers &/or Leavers. You will be keen to take ‘ownership’ of issues, identify priorities and communicate with all parties effectively.

You will utilise their broad IT knowledge ideally (but not essentially) including creating and administering Starter, mover, leaver accounts, supporting Microsoft Windows 11, administrating Active Directory, supporting Microsoft 365 Applications & remote connectivity/VPN / LAN/WAN technologies plus supporting HP hardware (Laptops and Desktops)

You will also need strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders of all levels, providing a high level of customer service and, sharing ideas & suggestions to add value to the Technical and IT Service Desk teams.
