Max has been in recruitment for just over a year and is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. Whether he's supporting candidates through every stage of the hiring process or helping clients find the perfect addition to their team, Max is committed to making a real difference.

We caught up with Max to chat about his recruitment journey, his top interview tips, what makes him smile and the engineering roles he's currently recruiting for.

👋 How long have you been in recruitment?
💭 I've been in recruitment for just over a year.

🌟 What's been your proudest recruitment moment so far?
💭 There are two moments that stand out. The first is completing the full recruitment cycle, from bringing on a new client to successfully recruiting for their vacancies. The second is placing a candidate into a role they genuinely enjoy and knowing I've helped them take the next step in their career.

💡 What's your top tip for candidates preparing for an interview?
💭 Be yourself so the employer gets to know the real you. I'd also say don't undersell yourself, be confident in your abilities while being honest about your experience and what you can and can't do.

⭐ What's one thing your colleagues know you for?
💭 Probably making them laugh!

😊 What never fails to put a smile on your face?
💭 Playing football or watching it, especially when Arsenal is playing!
