An established European technology business is looking for an inspirational, commercially driven Sales Director to lead its UK sales organisation and drive the next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for:

Today we're shining a spotlight on our Business Development Director, Jason Cole, who will be attending the Farnborough International Airshow on Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd July.

Having started his career as a draftsman in the construction sector, Jason went on to join Jaguar Cars as Senior Engineer and ultimately joined Jonathan Lee Recruitment in 2008 as a Senior Consultant in the contracts team.

He holds Cert IoD and Dip IoD qualifications in Company Direction and in his role as Business Development Director seeks to establish long-term, mutually beneficial business partnerships with our clients. He actively engages with industry bodies such as ADS Group, Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), and in national and regional networking events.

Jason is really passionate about interacting with people in engineering, manufacturing and technology organisations and works hard to get to know our customers, is eager to understand their culture, skills, technology and ethos to allow us to best represent their employer brand to the candidate market.
