Job scams are becoming harder to spot.

Fake recruiters are increasingly using convincing LinkedIn profiles, realistic job adverts and even video interviews to appear legitimate.

A recent BBC report highlighted a case where a jobseeker lost £18,000 after being tricked into downloading malicious software as part of a fake interview process.

A few simple checks can help:
🚩 Don't pay to secure a job
🚩 Don't share sensitive information unnecessarily
🚩 Don't download unfamiliar interview software
🚩 Verify the recruiter and employer independently
🚩 Don't let pressure stop you carrying out basic checks
