GENERAL LABOURERS REQUIRED!!

• Must hold a valid Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
• £11.50 per hour
• Duration – Initially a 2 week contract but likely to be on-going.
• Must have a Right to Work in the UK

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general labouring tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
• Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment and structures.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure tasks are completed correctly and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Part-Time Finance Assistant required for a family run company in Cheddleton.

This is a 9 to 12 month Fixed Term Contract role covering maternity leave.

Working 2 days a week (15 hours) (Most probably Tuesday & Wednesday)

• Processing purchase ledger transactions 📒
• Generating sales invoices 💻
• Posting transactions to bank accounts 🏦
• Handling any other necessary ad hoc finance/administrative duties ✏️

Full-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk required for an established flooring company based in Middleport (ST6).

Monday-Friday (08:30am – 17:00pm) - 37.5 hours a week

• Accurately process and record invoices.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and perform payments to vendors and suppliers within specified timeframes.
• Maintain and update accounts, reconciling statements and resolving any issues promptly.
• Assist in the month-end closing process by preparing accruals, prepayments, and other journal entries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address invoice and payment-related queries.
• Monitor and track expenses

Salary – up to £27,000
