This is an exciting opportunity to work for our prestigious client who are looking for an IT Assistant, Data & Website Product Administrator to join their team.

You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of product data across the company website and internal systems. Ensured all products, pricing, and stock information were consistently correct and synchronised between the CRM, backend platform, and supplier feeds. The successful candidate will also work closely with the IT Manager to learn other aspects of IT support across the business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain 100% accuracy of website product listings, including pricing, descriptions, and availability.
- Monitor and manage automated stock feeds, identifying and resolving data errors and failed imports.
- Use Excel (multiple formats, imports, and data transformation) to standardise and prepare files for website uploads.
- Ensure data consistency between CRM systems and website backend to prevent discrepancies in stock levels and product information.
- Collect and validate product data from suppliers and integrated it into internal systems.
- Troubleshot feed and mapping issues to ensure uninterrupted website functionality.
- Improve processes to reduce manual corrections and minimise listing errors.

The Resident Engagement Assistant supports the day-to-day running of the service by helping to create a safe, clean, and positive living environment for residents. Working alongside Support Workers, the role focuses on practical assistance, resident engagement, and promoting independence through everyday living activities. The post holder will contribute to maintaining high standards within the accommodation while encouraging residents to take pride in their home and participate in community life.

This role complements but does not replace the formal support function delivered by Support Workers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support residents to engage in activities that promote wellbeing, routine, and social inclusion.
- Plan and facilitate structured activity sessions, including activity days at the Ladies House.
- Lone work for pre-approved, low-risk activities in line with service risk assessments and lone working procedures.
- Assist residents with practical daily living tasks such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and maintaining their personal space.
- Support residents during move-ins and move-outs, including preparing rooms to the required standard.
- Help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming communal areas.
- Encourage residents to meet occupancy expectations.
- Provide practical assistance to Support Workers in promoting tenancy sustainment and independence.
- Observe and report any concerns relating to resident wellbeing, property condition, or safety.
- Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality procedures.

🏃‍➡️ 🏃‍♀️‍➡️ 🏃‍♂️‍➡️ IT'S STAFFORD HALF MARATHON 2026! 🏃‍➡️ 🏃‍♀️‍➡️ 🏃‍♂️‍➡️ AND UNITEMPS RECRUITING 20 SAFETY STEWARDS AND YOU CAN BE ONE OF THEM!

We are currently working with a security provider in recruiting 20 Safety Stewards for Stafford’s Half Marathon on Sunday 22nd March 2026. You will be paid £12.21ph + £1.47 holiday pay per hour. The provider will want you to arrive between 08:00am – 08:15am. You will be paid for 5 hours for working this event. (8am - 1pm)

The meeting point is to be confirmed but the location of work will be in Stafford Town Centre (ST16 2TF)

**Please be aware that trains and buses will not be operating this early on Sunday, 22nd March. You will need to arrange your own transportation, such as taking a taxi, getting a lift or car sharing etc.

Please note, due to the event taking place on Sunday 22nd March, we are looking for reliable candidates to complete right to work checks before the 13th March.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The officers will be on duty until 1pm across a 13 mile route. The duties are keeping any public out of the way of the marathon runners and directing the runners. One of the main things that we ask is that all of our colleagues cheer the runners on as they pass.

Location of where to meet will be a city centre supermarket in Stafford but this is still to be confirmed. From there, you will be issued with high Viz jackets and taken, by bus, to sites around the course.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will not require either an SIA license or previous security / events experience.

The dress code is black clothing, waterproof jacket and comfy footwear. Please note, with this event taking place in Stafford, you must ensure you can get transport there and back, you will need to ensure you plan your route in advance.
