Yesterday we held our very first Annual Sports Day for the residents across all of our supported living houses!

Staff and residents took part in a range of games and activities with a whole bunch of medals being given out! 🥇

The day was filled with laughter, encouragement and everyone coming together to support one another.

💚 As Mental Health Awareness Week comes to an end, the message remains just as important 💚

This week has been a reminder that checking in with someone, listening without judgement, or simply showing kindness can have a real impact on a person’s wellbeing.

At Partners4Care, we’ve loved seeing people come together, wear green, share conversations and support one another throughout the week.

Today we came together to support Mental Health Foundation’s Wear it Green Day and help keep conversations around mental health going.

From green outfits and decorations to plenty of green treats, and even a very adorable four-legged guest 🐶, it was lovely to see everyone getting involved and taking time to connect with one another.

Mental health matters every day, and today was a reminder of how important it is to check in, talk openly, listen, and support each other.
