And just like that it’s over!

We would like to give a massive thank you to all of the staff and volunteers that made the day such a success and for the generosity of those who came along. 💚

We would like to give special thanks to Thingy-Ma-Jigs Coffee House for the donation of a beautiful Victoria Sponge and for all the help they gave throughout the event.

From both online and cash donations, we were able to raise an amazing £495.93!

After all the planning, baking and fundraising, our Macmillan Coffee Morning is almost here! 🎉

We’d love for you to come along and spend a couple of hours with us, enjoy some lovely homemade treats, grab a cuppa and have a good chat — all while helping us raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. 🍰☕️

Here at Partners4Care, we don’t just celebrate the achievements of our staff but our service users too.

That’s why we would like to give special recognition to someone we look after in our Norton supported living placement Ella!

Last week she received the awesome achievement of Slimmer of the Week in her Slimming World Class – a massive well done!

Today marks a very special milestone — 10 incredible years of Partners4Care! 💙

For a whole decade, we’ve had the privilege of supporting people, making a difference in our community, and building meaningful relationships with the individuals, families and teams we work alongside.

What started 10 years ago has grown into something we can be truly proud of, and none of it would have been possible without the dedication, compassion and hard work of our amazing team.

Our directors Emma and Lesley had the following to say about this momentous milestone:
"Reflecting on the last ten years, it is incredibly humbling to see how far Partners4Care Limited has come since we first established ourselves here in Stockton-on-Tees. When we started this journey a decade ago, our vision as sisters was simple: to build an organisation where personalised, truly person-centred care wasn't just an aspiration, but a daily reality. Today, that vision has grown into a deeply rooted community of dedicated support workers, wonderful families, and inspirational individuals living across our supported living and complex care settings.

Our core values—inclusion, partnership, shared responsibility, and reliability—have guided every step of the way. Reaching this milestone is a testament to our fantastic team, whose tireless dedication ensures that those we support can live independently, with dignity and confidence. We are immensely grateful to the people of Stockton-on-Tees, Billingham, Yarm, and the wider Teesside area for trusting us to be your partners in care.

Looking ahead, we remain completely committed to delivering exceptional care your way, creating new possibilities, and supporting our local community for many more years to come."

A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of the Partners4Care journey — our staff, the people we support, their families and everyone who has believed in us along the way.

The countdown is officially on! In just two weeks, we’ll be gathering for a morning of good food, great company and plenty of cups of tea and coffee — all in support of Macmillan Cancer Support. 🍰💚

Our Hartlepool supported residents and staff enjoyed a fantastic trip to Seaton Carew for a fun-filled game of bowling!
