**Fire & Security Engineer – Oxford Area**
Are you an experienced Fire & Security Engineer looking for a better-paid role with a more manageable regional patch?
We’re recruiting for a full-time, permanent Fire & Security Engineer covering **Oxford, the West Home Counties and surrounding areas**.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who wants a strong basic salary, paid travel, excellent overtime rates and the stability of a Monday-Friday working week.
**What’s on offer?**
✅ £43,680-£49,920 basic salary
✅ Equivalent to £21-£24 per hour
✅ Paid travel after the first 30 minutes
✅ Overtime after 8 hours at 1.5x
✅ Lates and weekends paid at 2x
✅ Optional on-call, maximum 1 in 12, with £250 bonus
✅ Van, tools, mobile and laptop provided
✅ Full-time, permanent role
We’re looking for someone with experience across fire and/or security systems, ideally including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, door entry or fire alarms.
This role could be a great fit if your current patch is too stretched, your rate has fallen behind, or you’re ready for a move into a stable, well-supported field engineering role.
