German Speaking Recruitment Consultants

To help with our expansion, we are looking for German Speaking Recruitment Consultants to join our business.

Main Responsibilities:

- This is a 360-recruitment role where you will be responsible for business development, finding candidates and matching them to specific roles
- Making sales calls to new clients to build new relationships
- Booking & attending meetings with clients, both virtual and in person
- Attending industry conferences globally to meet new clients & candidates
- Utilise various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, databases, and networking to identify potential contractors
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future contract roles
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific contract positions
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications against job requirements and client needs
- Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare candidates for interviews and follow up after interviews to gather feedback
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interviews
- Ensure all candidate documentation is complete and compliant with legal and company requirements
- Manage contract offers and negotiations between candidates and clients
- Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding, such as background checks and employment paperwork
- Address any issues that arise with contract placements, including candidate performance or client satisfaction

About you:

- You will be a proficient German speaker, able to hold business conversations
- You’ll be ambitious, driven and eager to learn / progress
- You will have a good academic record
- Sales experience would be useful but is not essential, we are hiring on attitude and attributes above all else
- Self-motivated, whilst being able to handle objections and rejection and having the tenacity to bounce back
- An interest in the renewable energy industry would be a huge advantage to help you excel in your career

Accounts Assistant – Join Our Growing Finance Team!

Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance department during an exciting phase of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to all finance functions, including multi-currency and international financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Contractor Bill and Pay Management.
-Invoicing for permanent and contract placements, timesheet management, and payment processing for contractors.
-Client and Contractor Liaison. Providing support and fostering relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
-Credit Control
-Managing global credit control processes, maintaining debtor days, and conducting credit reports for new business.
-Bookkeeping
-Overseeing purchase ledger and bank reconciliations, and managing the fixed asset register.
-VAT Returns Preparing VAT returns for the UK and overseas markets.
-Management Reporting Assisting in the preparation of management accounts, consolidation, and profit centre management.

Qualifications & Skills:

-AAT Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
-2-3 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in roles such as -Accounts Assistant, Accounting Associate, , Pay and Bill Assistant, --Finance Assistant or similar.
-Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and double-entry accounting.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
-Excellent organisational, numerical, and analytical skills.
-Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
