I'm so happy to tell you all that I've retired.
I cannot express my joy after going through the process of exiting my business which has been such hard work.... I'm almost there just 2 weeks to go but I've mentally checked out.
I'm ready for a new chapter
After doing the same thing for over 30 years I'm definitely ready for a change.
What you may ask are my plans?
So far I'm just enjoying slowing down, enjoying the sunshine, reading books, enjoying walking, tending to my garden. All mundane things that I've not had the chance to appreciate.
I'm loving every minute.
I've thrown all my work clothes away so I'm not tempted to ever work again.
Thanks to everyone who has supported me in my journey, all the temporary workers who have been brilliant ambassadors for my company, all our brilliant permanent candidates and all my wonderful clients who have given me their business.
