Receiving feedback like this for our teachers makes our job worthwhile 💫✨

Erica Reyes, the head teacher of Warren Wood primary in Offerton, sent me this message after we booked the wonderful Roz to cover in her year 4 class this week. It was in fact her first ever day working for us and as you can see, she absolutley smashed it. As you can see, job satisfaction is possible on supply and we will always pass on any feedback we get for our teachers - it is very important too!

We were so pleased for her and for the school, to have another brilliant teacher to use for various cover across their school from us and become an extension of their own staff.

We are continuously proud of our hardworking and enthusiastic teachers who go above and beyond for our local primary schools and as you can see from this message, it does not go unnoticed!

Happy supply teachers and happy headteachers - what more could we ask for?! 🙏🏻✨
