Customer Service Representative Stockport £18,000

They are looking to take on a new customer service representative to join their team in Stockport.

The function of the role will be to provide the best service possible through processing orders, enhancing incoming orders and coordinating with other departments.

You will have your own territory and be responsible for your own client base working closely with one of the members of the field team.

This a very team orientated role and you will work closely with your colleagues to achieve your goals within set guidelines.

Main tasks:

• Processes and enhances orders utilising telephone, computer, and interpersonal interactions according to internal procedures.
• Provides pro-active customer service.
• Enters complaints and returns in computer system and follows up on them.
• Provides pricing and availability to the customer by referring to product price list and quoting prices or by faxing the prices to customers.
• Endeavours to attain substantial product knowledge by actively taking part in training sessions and ensuring that product information provided is retained.
• Interacts effectively with warehouse, sales and technical services staff to gather information when necessary to research and resolve problems.
• Generates reports (sales figures) upon request.
• Keeps CS filing up to date.
• Sends out documentation to customers if requested.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English verbal and written communication skills, have Customer Service experience.

Customer Response Specialist

My client operates an international network of facilities. They work with a vast range of engineering industries. They are the worlds largest and most respected company in their field.

Globally they employ nearly 6000 people across more than than 25 countries.

They are looking to recruit a Customer Response Specialist which is a role that has recently returned to the UK

Your main priority is responding to, within 24 hours, enquiries off their website. This will include being a point of contact for customer enquiries, whereby you will be directing them to the appropriate part of the business, based on the customer's needs.

Outside of the main responsibilities you will be acting in an assisting manner for the Sales and Marketing team, assisting them with projects to drive lead generation, some market research into geographical regions and looking for end users to market to, support the sales team with marketing campaigns and project involvement within Group Marketing.

On a day to day basis you will be required to:-
- Listen to customers' needs to provide appropriate next steps
-Take ownership of the customers journey
- Actively listen for cues to better interact with the customer
- Be the regions resource for information
- Be the first point of contact to resolve customer issues
- Use the CRM system Salesforce to record customer interactions and documents
- Follow a flow chat to determine how urgent a customers needs are
- Consistently work to a very high standard with accuracy

This is a corporate environment and as such the successful candidate will need to be highly professional and presentable at all times.

The essential skills for this position are:-
Fluent in French AND English (if German is spoken as well this would be advantageous)
BA/BSc engineering degree or an engineering background (Science or a high business degree would also be considered)
Have previously worked within a Customer Facing environment
Previous experience of using a CRM system (Salesforce preferably)

Additional personal qualities that the client is looking for is to take ownership of projects, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be diplomatic and courteous with excellent problem solving skills.

This role comes with the opportunity to advance into future sales or technical support roles.

The role is paying up to £32000 per annum with working hours between 0900 and 1700 Monday to Friday. Additional benefits include:-

Personal Finance Manager
My client is a financial solutions company based in Stockport. They offer a fantastic working environment with plenty of incentives and opportunity to progress.

They are looking for a Debt Management Advisor to take over from a recently promoted employee.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for looking after a number of clients, they will be solely allocated to you and you will therefore be acting as their Personal Finance Manager.

You will need to:-

Make sure your clients pay on time
Complete annual reviews
Have the ability to analyse an income and expenditure report
Logging and incoming post relating to your client and adding it to the system

To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and have at least 1 years customer service experience.

If you have previously worked for a Debt Management company then this would be beneficial. In relation to IT skills, you will be confident Excel user and be able to "fix" formulas that may be incorrect additionally the systems that would be beneficial to have experience in would be Case Master and Sage Pay. Personality wise you would need to be outgoing and not find discussing money or asking for payments awkward.

You will be required to work a rota'd shift pattern that will consist of the following shifts:- 0900-1730 or 1130-2000 Monday to Thursday and 0900- 1700 on a Friday. You will be asked to work every 3rd Saturday 0900-1300 but you will not be required to work the Friday afternoon post this.

In addition to an excellent working environment their offices are Brand New and they operate a rather laid back culture.

Your starting salary will be £16.5K but this will rise to £17.5 after successfully completing your probation.

There is a bonus scheme in place that is based on KPI's (NO SELLING INVOLVED) which brings the OTE salary up to £23K.

My client is looking for a Nordic speaking Customer Service/Market Researcher to join their family run company and be part of a great team with fantastic benefits and working environment.

As a Nordic speaking research consultant your role will involve:
- Conducting Market research with companies over the phone
- Lead generation
- Data Validation
- Research Interviews
- Actively contacting clients and potential customers on a daily basis
