Customer Response Specialist
My client operates an international network of facilities. They work with a vast range of engineering industries. They are the worlds largest and most respected company in their field.
Globally they employ nearly 6000 people across more than than 25 countries.
They are looking to recruit a Customer Response Specialist which is a role that has recently returned to the UK
Your main priority is responding to, within 24 hours, enquiries off their website. This will include being a point of contact for customer enquiries, whereby you will be directing them to the appropriate part of the business, based on the customer's needs.
Outside of the main responsibilities you will be acting in an assisting manner for the Sales and Marketing team, assisting them with projects to drive lead generation, some market research into geographical regions and looking for end users to market to, support the sales team with marketing campaigns and project involvement within Group Marketing.
On a day to day basis you will be required to:-
- Listen to customers' needs to provide appropriate next steps
-Take ownership of the customers journey
- Actively listen for cues to better interact with the customer
- Be the regions resource for information
- Be the first point of contact to resolve customer issues
- Use the CRM system Salesforce to record customer interactions and documents
- Follow a flow chat to determine how urgent a customers needs are
- Consistently work to a very high standard with accuracy
This is a corporate environment and as such the successful candidate will need to be highly professional and presentable at all times.
The essential skills for this position are:-
Fluent in French AND English (if German is spoken as well this would be advantageous)
BA/BSc engineering degree or an engineering background (Science or a high business degree would also be considered)
Have previously worked within a Customer Facing environment
Previous experience of using a CRM system (Salesforce preferably)
Additional personal qualities that the client is looking for is to take ownership of projects, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be diplomatic and courteous with excellent problem solving skills.
This role comes with the opportunity to advance into future sales or technical support roles.
The role is paying up to £32000 per annum with working hours between 0900 and 1700 Monday to Friday. Additional benefits include:-
