North Berwick Trust is a long-established local charity supporting residents through grant-giving, land stewardship and community investment. Each year, the Trust distributes around £250,000 in grants and cares for key public open spaces that are valued by the local community.

They are now seeking a proactive and well-organised Trust Officer to support the Trust Manager and Trustees and play a central role in the day-to-day running of the organisation.

This is a varied role, combining administration, grants, communications and estates support, and would suit someone who enjoys working closely with Trustees, managing multiple priorities, and making a visible difference at a local level.

You’ll bring strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and either experience in a charity or community setting or clear transferable skills. An interest in grants, estates or governance — and a willingness to learn — will be key.
