Customer Service - Job Overview
As a Customer Service your duties will include;
Responding to customers and potential customers over the phone in the first instance
Providing a consistently high level of customer care in an efficient, accurate and helpful manner
Working within a contact centre environment, handling customer orders and enquiries
Processing orders, checking delivery situations, handling enquiries and completing applications for potential new customers

Customer Service - Skills & Experience Required
Friendly, polite and professional
Previous customer service experience is essential
Ability to commit to a contract until 24th December 2021
Must be able to work some Saturdays and/or Sundays

Full training provided
Weekly pay
£9.64 per hour + holiday pay

Previous warehouse experience is essential
Previous experience using an RF Scanner would be advantageous
Forklift licences would be advantageous

Good communication skills, both written and verbal
