OneAir's newest Boeing 777F, G-ONEG, touched down at East Midlands Airport and our Line Maintenance Team was ready.

Inbound from Sary-Arka Airport, Karaganda, Kazakhstan (KGF), the aircraft needed a check most would never think about: lubricating the main landing gear bogie pivot points. KGF's reinforced concrete runway increases vibration at these pivot points, which can work grease loose from the joint. It's a step that only applies on a Transit check when the departure runway is SWR Level 2.

While G-ONEG was with us, our team also completed the 24 and 48 hour checks ahead of departure, keeping the aircraft on schedule and airworthy.

It's this level of detail that keeps aircraft moving safely, station after station.

Base maintenance work on wide and narrow body Airbus and Boeing, through a full winter season in the Mediterranean. We are recruiting experienced Sheet Metal Workers on behalf of a well-established Part-145 maintenance organisation in Malta. Accommodation, hire car and flights are all covered.

🔧 The Role:
🔹 Structural repairs, modifications and component replacements on aircraft
🔹 Fabricating, repairing and installing sheet metal components, skins, panels and assemblies
🔹 Interpreting engineering drawings, SRM, AMM and other technical documentation
🔹 Working to EASA Part-145 requirements and company quality standards throughout
🔹 Completing maintenance documentation and recording all work performed

✔️ What We're Looking For:
✔️ Recent hands-on sheet metal experience on A320, A330, A350 or B787
✔️ Minimum three years within an EASA Part-145 maintenance environment
✔️ Supporting evidence such as task logs, experience letters or company authorisations
✔️ Basic aeronautical or vocational training (CAT A modules or equivalent recognised aerospace qualification)
