MDP Recruitment Limited is currently looking for Warehouse Operative/ order pickers for our client based in Aylesford near Maidstone.
As a Warehouse Operative/ Order Picker, you'll pick, pack, and check the quality of these ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, using a voice and a paper system.
As well as a full induction, we also offer ongoing training and the opportunity for you to develop your skills in other areas including forklift and first aid. So, once you're in, there are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, move roles and move up - if that's what you want to do.
We currently have a full-time:
-Day shift (7am to 4:20pm Mon- Fri)
-Late day Shift (1pm to 24:00 Mon- Fri)
-Night shift (10pm to 7am Sun- Thu)
To join us in this role previous experience isn’t needed. Just a willingness to learn and deliver a high standard of work. More importantly, we ask for an eye for detail and the ability to understand and read English. This role will involve lifting items between 6kg-25kg. You’ll also need to be comfortable working as part of a team in a chilled environment.
