Based in Stamford, but working on assignments UK wide and internationally, MorePeople recruits in the food, fresh produce, horticulture and retail supply chain. We are a team of driven professionals who are all passionate about our sectors and about helping our candidates and clients with the problems of finding the best jobs for the best people.

We plan to grow our business and we can only do that with the best people who want to be part of our exciting journey. We've come through a challenging 2020 smiling and we want to keep the momentum up and capitalise on the opportunities in the market, not only to build the business but to offer great earning potential, a varied career and fun incentives for our team. We smashed our Q1 and Q2 targets and we are still super busy.

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the look and feel of all our branding - both internal and external. We have moved our marketing forwards leaps and bounds over the past three years, and we want to build on that momentum.

There are tonnes of commercial opportunities for the marketing function to add tangible financial value. The adage 'half of my marketing works; I just don't know which half' will sort of always ring true, but we are much more sophisticated in looking at commercial returns and driving sales activity too.

Events, internal communications, social media, external communications, PR, brand management, ROI measurement, SEO, website management - it's all part of this wide-ranging and diverse role.
