We have a fantastic opportunity for a Carpenter/General Team Member to join 'R' Family at Richardson's Boating Holidays in Stalham.

The main purpose of this role is to maintain the exterior and interior of boats to a high quality including furnishings, to deliver a high quality of service to customers, to demonstrate trial runs and to perform ‘on call’ duties as required within a rota.

Duties will require the use of hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments, to first fix cabling and piping and maintain and attend to water and sewage systems as well as carry out general marina duties.

Excellent customer service skills required and the ability to work successfully within a team. Working weekends and bank holidays in the open season are essential.

We’re looking for Qualified Lifeguards to join ‘R’ family!

Successful applicants will promote the safety and well-being of all our guests with particular regard to children, young and vulnerable people.

Responsibilities include:

- Actively developing all swimming pool services
- Providing excellent customer service to guests
- Delivering a safe experience for all guests
- Running Go Active Activities in the pool
- All procedures and practices must meet the required regulatory levels including COSHH/HACCP.
- A current Lifeguard certificate must be held. All successful applicants will complete an enhanced DBS application before starting the role.

The rate of Pay is £11.36 per hour increasing to £12.41 per hour in May 2024.

All team members are required to work weekends and bank holidays.
