Workshop General Operatives Needed – Slough & Maidenhead 🔧
Immediate Starts | Long-Term Work | 50+ Hours Per Week | Overtime available £16-£16.50

We're recruiting Workshop General Operatives for a busy fabrication and metalwork factory in the Slough & Maidenhead area.

If you have experience in a factory, workshop, warehouse, or manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!
What's on Offer?

✅ Long-term ongoing contract
✅ Minimum 50 hours per week
✅ 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
✅ Plenty of overtime available
✅ Immediate starts

Duties Include:

General workshop duties
Operating factory machinery
Loading and unloading materials
Stores and warehouse work
Assisting the production team
Keeping the workshop clean and safe
What We're Looking For:
Previous workshop, factory or manufacturing experience
Experience operating machinery is an advantage
Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn
Good level of physical fitness
Valid CSCS Card – Essential
