Our team is on the lookout for an Office Administrator to join the Air Imports department of one of our clients in the Heathrow area.

This is a great temporary opportunity for someone with strong administration and communication skills who wants to gain valuable experience within air freight and logistics. Previous air freight experience isn't essential, so it could be a great way to get your foot in the door!

💷 £15.18 per hour
⏰ Tuesday – Saturday | 09:00 – 17:30

Working as an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
🟧 Managing and monitoring the Air Imports department mailbox
⬛ Communicating with overseas agents, customers and delivery partners
🟧 Arranging and coordinating deliveries
⬛ Tracking shipments and updating internal systems
🟧 Maintaining accurate shipment records and documentation

‼️ We're looking for candidates with previous office administration, logistics or freight experience, although air freight experience isn't essential. Excellent organisation, communication skills and attention to detail are key, along with the ability to manage a busy mailbox and prioritise multiple tasks.
