It was great to have so many of our Central Support Team together today, and of course we couldn’t miss the opportunity for a team photo! 📸

From recruitment and business development to operations, compliance and learning & development, our roles may be different, but we share the same purpose: supporting our colleagues, maintaining high standards and helping the people we support to be safe, valued and achieve the best possible quality of life. 🩵

A few faces are missing, with some keeping the phones covered and everything running behind the scenes. And not forgetting our Director, Jo, who missed the photo while in a meeting but whose drive and vision continues to bring us together and move Major Healthcare forward.

We love seeing what our colleagues take away from their learning, from understanding Positive Behaviour Support and behaviour as communication, to recognising triggers, working proactively and feeling more confident in keeping everyone safe.

🩵 A proud milestone for Major Healthcare. 🩵

Yesterday we proudly delivered our brand new BLS+ & Emergency Response training session.

It was fantastic to see so much engagement throughout the day, with colleagues getting involved in practical activities, asking questions and sharing their experiences. The feedback has been brilliant, with colleagues saying they left feeling more confident and better prepared to respond in an emergency. 🚑

💬 Jack, Learning & Development Manager, said:

“I’m incredibly proud to have delivered the first session of our new BLS+ & Emergency Response programme today. It’s something we’ve worked hard to develop, and seeing the positive engagement throughout the day, along with hearing colleagues say they’ve left feeling more confident and better prepared, has made today a real success. This is just the beginning, and I’m looking forward to seeing the programme continue to grow across Major Healthcare.”
