Please help us to get the message out to the community that there are a range of places offering free meals and warm spaces over the Christmas period.

This includes the Christmas Day & Boxing Day meals at Pinchbeck Baptist Church which were previously held in Spalding.

In addition Good Companions, a care company in Pinchbeck are offering a service called "Cooking With Kindness". They will deliver meals on Christas Eve to those spending Christmas Day alone. They have collaborated with various businesses to offer this and all meals will have full instructions on reheating, along with various other touches such as cheeseboard & gift. Blue Arrow 'One Big Walk’ for Mencap

There are 1.5 million people in the UK with a learning disability. Walking is a great way to fundraise, and it's also good for your physical and mental health.

Mencap hold an event throughout September and with this in mind, Blue Arrow are setting a challenge to walk 1.5 million steps during w/c 22 September 2025.

Blue Arrow Recruitment and Staffing Agency is proud to be supporting Mencap as their charity of the year 2025-2026.

Mencap is the leading charity for the 1.5 million people in the UK with a learning disability, their families and carers.

They operate over 650 services and provide personal support to over 3,500 people each year. They also work with thousands more people and families through their specialist information and advice services, targeted community programmes, advocacy and digital services.

All the money raised will help support people with a learning disability to live happy and healthy lives.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-end payroll processing
✅ Submit FPS/EPS returns & advise on PAYE
✅ Administer auto-enrolment pensions (mainly NEST)
✅ Process starters, leavers, P45s, SSP, SMP, SPP
✅ Liaise with HMRC 📞
✅ Support admin tasks as part of a friendly team
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3+ years of payroll experience
✔️ Strong organisational & communication skills
✔️ Experience with Sage Payroll & Xero (bonus!)
✔️ Previous accountancy practice experience (plus!)
