Tezlom are looking for a Talented F&B Manager for a client in Southport Center. If you are an F&B manager that is looking for a move to one of the hottest venues in Town, then this is for you. We are after the class of Claridge’s but with the panache of Hakkasan. You will need to have the flair to win over the big spenders but also the class to schmooze the regular Movers and Shakers.

Not only will you have the experience of Quality service and fine Dining, but you will need to be a great manager. Staff will be looking for guidance form you and if this hospitality industry is going to get back to normal then you will need to nurture and encourage younger staff coming into hospitality. So having that skill to lead by example but also be the manager that makes staff feel comfortable to come to you over any problem and not fear you is a must here.
It goes without saying that you will be responsible for you own service, stock, and stock control so you will need to possess the experience that allows you to hit the ground running and get your stock and orders bang on. You will have enough staff under you to allows you to focus on this as profit is something that is massive at this venue. Quite often one of the biggest questions is “what is more important, Service or Food” and I feel that it is so equal here. The food that is produced is such amazing quality and the service needs t be the best to maintain that quality.

That is the business out of the way, lets talk about the venue. This place is one of the most if not the most popular venues in Merseyside. Tezlom are looking for a Chef that has some Sushi experience. This is a Vague role in terms of we are looking for either a talented CDP that wants to progress or a Sous chef that wishes to work under a very talented executive chef but also has some Sushi experience. If you have passion for being a chef then you will know that you can be taught Sushi in around 2-3 shifts, so if you want to learn a new skill and feel that you are the type of chef that can pick it up extremely well then this is for you.
The Kitchen Recently taken on by a new Executive chef that has got some serious talent and they are looking to strengthen their Sushi experience for their customers and that requires 1 or 2 more Chefs. You will be part of the whole Kitchen brigade so you will learn all aspects of how this kitchen works and we are looking for ambition here as we always promote from within.
Please know that we are aware of what is going on in the hospitality market right now and we do take into account that there are many offers on the table for talented chefs but please know that your next decision will be crucial going forward as the next 6-12 months in hospitality is going to be a hell of a ride and you will want to do this with a very stable growing business with extreme talent on board and this hotel is certainly that.
