Tezlom are looking for a Talented F&B Manager for a client in Southport Center. If you are an F&B manager that is looking for a move to one of the hottest venues in Town, then this is for you. We are after the class of Claridge’s but with the panache of Hakkasan. You will need to have the flair to win over the big spenders but also the class to schmooze the regular Movers and Shakers.
Not only will you have the experience of Quality service and fine Dining, but you will need to be a great manager. Staff will be looking for guidance form you and if this hospitality industry is going to get back to normal then you will need to nurture and encourage younger staff coming into hospitality. So having that skill to lead by example but also be the manager that makes staff feel comfortable to come to you over any problem and not fear you is a must here.
It goes without saying that you will be responsible for you own service, stock, and stock control so you will need to possess the experience that allows you to hit the ground running and get your stock and orders bang on. You will have enough staff under you to allows you to focus on this as profit is something that is massive at this venue. Quite often one of the biggest questions is “what is more important, Service or Food” and I feel that it is so equal here. The food that is produced is such amazing quality and the service needs t be the best to maintain that quality.
That is the business out of the way, lets talk about the venue. This place is one of the most if not the most popular venues in Merseyside. We are talking glamor and glitz and all things that create this buzzing atmosphere. The owners have gone for a very glamorous style and the service reflects this. The head chef is knocking out some outstanding food so the bookings are full for a very long time and your bar will compliment this.
