Job Description:As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base across both HNR Solutions Ltd and Redleif Care Essex. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the care, cleaning, industrial, and construction sectors.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for temporary staffing and domiciliary care services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed client needs.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the recruitment or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the care, cleaning, industrial, and construction sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
